We have around 5km of trails through indigenous woodland. Predominantly blue but including red graded section, pump track, jumps, rock gardens and dual slalom.
If you have good balance, can use gears confidently and can brake in a controlled manner then you should be able to find much of our trails manageable. Always progress within the limits of your capabilities.
